Description / Scope of Work
The COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus in Wah Cantt, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a comprehensive CCTV security system. This turnkey project includes the supply of 4MP Lite IR fixed-focal dome network cameras, high-quality imaging cameras, a 32-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) supporting up to 12 MP resolution, and 8-port PoE Gigabit switches. The scope of work encompasses complete installation services, including ducting, cabling, and configuration of all components to ensure a fully functional surveillance solution. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and GST and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidding is conducted on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of 40,000 Rupees is required. The technical proposals will be evaluated based on firm profile, experience, and technical specifications, with a minimum qualifying score of sixty marks. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
