The Counter Terrorism Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of Plant and Machinery items on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is structured into two distinct lots, featuring a comprehensive Thermal Imaging Camera Solution as a turnkey project for Lot 1 and a separate requirement for CCTV Cameras for Lot 2. The estimated total value for these items is approximately 38.45 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS). Eligibility requires firms to provide proof of financial stability through audited statements from the last three years and a minimum technical score of sixty-five percent. Original bid security representing three percent of the estimated cost must be submitted to the CTD Headquarters before the deadline. All technical samples must be provided as part of the evaluation process. Bids must be submitted via the portal no later than 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
