For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a framework supply contract for school tracksuits valued at approximately PKR 10.9 million, to be distributed across 20 educational institutions in Punjab.
The procurement model requires the winning bidder to deliver goods directly to individual schools following separate purchase orders, implying ongoing supply relationships rather than a single bulk transaction. The closing date of October 19, 2026 allows moderate preparation time. Bidders must be tax-registered and should note that technical qualification precedes financial evaluation, meaning non-compliant bids will not advance to cost consideration.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Pakistan's Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department. Typically, suppliers of school uniforms and sportswear must hold valid business registration and tax clearance certificates. The notice requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 but does not specify a particular PEC category or minimum turnover threshold.
