The Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for several high-priority development and infrastructure projects for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement includes three major schemes: the construction of bus stop shelters for electro buses within the municipal limits, the completion of phase two for government residences, and the essential maintenance and rehabilitation of the Shahi Masjid. The total estimated cost for these combined projects exceeds 44 million Rupees. All interested contractors must be actively registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Federal Board of Revenue, and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit a five percent bid security in the form of a CDR or pay order. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system, following the single stage one envelope procedure. The technical requirements specify the mandatory employment of graduate or diploma engineers depending on the specific contract value.
