Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, B&R Division in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids for the construction of an approach road related to the addition and alteration of existing court buildings and residential accommodations. This project follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewals up to June 2026. Interested contractors must obtain bidding documents from the Executive Engineer's office, the Commissioner Baltistan office, or the Deputy Commissioner Office in Skardu upon payment of a non-refundable tender form cost of 6,000 Rupees. Mandatory submission requirements include a valid PEC registration, renewal receipts with the GB-C&WD for the current fiscal year, and a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR. Additionally, bidders must provide a no-litigation certificate and a no-blacklisting certificate issued by the Chief Engineer. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026, and will be publicly opened at 10:30 AM on the same day at the Executive Engineer B&R Division office in Skardu.
