Large Taxpayers Office seeks stationery suppliers for as-needed supply under a rate-contract framework.
Estimated value is Rs. 9.9 million, but actual procurement depends on LTO's budget and operational needs — no minimum purchase guaranteed. The tight submission timeline (samples by 20 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m., e-bids same day by 11:00 a.m.) gives bidders only days to prepare. This is a recurring supply arrangement, not one-time; successful suppliers will need reliable inventory and fast fulfillment capability. Pre-qualification scrutiny on blacklisting and tax registration is mandatory.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid registration with Pakistan's Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. An affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any government department or organization is required at bid submission. Typically, small and medium stationery suppliers and authorized dealers meet these criteria if they are tax-compliant and not under government procurement ban.
