Sukkur Municipal Corporation seeks a turnkey supplier for a 90-foot eco-friendly wooden cruise ferry, speed rescue boats, and shore charging infrastructure on the Indus River—a PKR 437.6 million, two-year contract.
This is a specialized marine engineering project requiring integrated boat-building, electrical systems, and commissioning capability. Scale and technical complexity suggest only firms with documented marine fabrication experience can realistically compete; it is a one-off flagship infrastructure project rather than recurring procurement.
Who can bid: Open to local and international boat builders, engineering companies, and consortiums. Typical requirements: NTN/SECP registration, no blacklisting by government agencies, no litigation history, no abandoned projects. Fresh judicial stamp affidavit required confirming document accuracy. Call deposit, pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee from scheduled bank mandatory.
