The Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from well-established courier firms for the delivery of domestic mail inside Pakistan for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue list. The project involves delivering mail on an open framework approach for an initial one-year term, with potential for extension based on satisfactory performance. A mandatory bid security of 500,000 Rupees must be uploaded to the EPADS portal, with a physical copy delivered to the university one day prior to the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at the Academic Complex in Sector H-8. Interested parties must submit their electronic bids via the EPADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026, followed by a formal bid opening at 11:00 AM.
