Two bundled procurements for Nokkundi iron ore development: 3,000m diamond core drilling contract and comprehensive bankable feasibility study with mine planning, EPCC scope, and beneficiation/tailings design for 1Mtpa operation.
Large-scale mineral project with tight 15-day document procurement window and substantial technical/financial capacity requirements. Both contracts likely sequential dependencies—feasibility informs drilling interpretation. Balochistan location presents logistics/security planning burden.
Who can bid: Must register with FBR (SRB/ITA), maintain Active Taxpayer List status. Typically PEC Category 1-3 for drilling; feasibility study bidders likely require in-house mining engineering credentials and prior bankable study experience. No explicit PEC requirement stated but implied by project complexity and PPRA framework.
