Large-scale, recurring annual engagement. Notably, this combines traditional maintenance with auction management—unusual dual scope suggesting established contractor relationships preferred. One-year visibility only; renewal likely depends on performance metrics and MES satisfaction.
Who can bid: Valid PEC registration mandatory. Typically requires NTN and SECP registration. Applicants must be litigation-free and have no outstanding inspection reports from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation. Non-MES-approved firms must demonstrate two years' relevant contract experience with detailed financial/timeline evidence.
