Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Repair & Maintenance Cell), located in Islamabad, Federal, is inviting prequalification applications for an open framework agreement for on-demand supply of contract repair and maintenance works under reference FFW10215. This framework agreement will be funded from Non-ADP sources and will span 36 months following successful completion of the bidding process. The procurement is structured as a two-stage process wherein prequalified applicants will subsequently receive invitations to bid, with the framework agreement expected to be signed by 30 October 2026. The scope covers repair and maintenance services to be provided on a call-off basis through subsequent call-off contracts during the framework agreement period.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants meeting the eligibility requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Interested applicants must obtain the complete set of prequalification documents through EPADS v2.0 (the Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System). Vendors must be registered on EPADS v2.0; those not yet registered may complete registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with guidance available on the portal. No bid security amount is specified at the prequalification stage.
Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual submissions will not be entertained. Electronic opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. Invitations to bid will be issued to prequalified applicants on 30 September 2026.
