Description / Scope of Work
The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of papers, allied materials and ready made envelopes with printing under reference P145965. This is a goods procurement for the financial year 2026-27, with funds reserved under the planned budget. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable procurement regulations and guidelines. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and provide comprehensive information regarding the scope of goods required.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria are detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal, along with specifications for items and lots, price schedules, general and special conditions of contract.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM.
