For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Navy is procuring specialized acoustic defence equipment (decoy and jammer rockets).
This is a defence procurement requiring DGDP registration and security clearance — a significant regulatory barrier. The tender structure (sealed envelopes, earnest money, technical and commercial separation, mandatory registration) signals a formal, high-value defence contract. Bidders must possess or quickly obtain DGDP registration and demonstrated technical capability in defence electronics. The November 2026 opening date allows reasonable preparation time, but document compilation is extensive.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with DGDP or willing to register following security clearance. SECP registration and NTN typically required for Pakistani firms. Manufacturer authorization letters required where applicable. Foreign suppliers must meet equivalent standing. Tax filing proof mandatory. Non-registered firms may submit affidavit of provisional registration but final award depends on security clearance.
