Sealed bids are invited under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method for procurement of consultancy services for route alignment and detailed topographic survey of a 132 KV transmission line extending from the Shounter Hydropower Project proposed power house and sub-station location to the 132 KV Noseri Grid Station in AJK. The project involves comprehensive survey work covering route identification, alignment optimization, and detailed topographic mapping of the transmission corridor. Request for Proposal documents including detailed scope of work may be obtained from the office of the Project Director at Searbean Residency, Western By-Pass Road, near Saif Plaza, Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 10,000 in cash or by bank draft, along with submission of a written application and certified copy of Pakistan Engineering Council registration as a consultant.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council as consultants and are required to submit technical bids accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupees only) in the form of a call deposit receipt issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Project Director. The bid price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes in AJK. Technical evaluation will precede financial bid opening, and the Project Director reserves the right to reject any proposal under AJK PPRA rule 33.
