Description / Scope of Work
The Garrison Engineer (DP) ARF at the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex in Kamra, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a diverse range of seventeen infrastructure and maintenance projects. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of internal and external electrical systems, sewerage system repairs, and the provision of furniture for various technical and domestic areas, including the SNCO Mess and officer areas. Additionally, the tender covers maintenance and repair (B&R) works and E&M water supply services. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and those not already on the approved MES list must provide a 2 percent earnest money deposit of the estimated cost. Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted within fifteen days of the advertisement date, which was issued on 28 April 2026, setting the expected deadline for mid-May. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the prescribed date at the GE (DP) ARF office in Kamra District, Attock.
