Description / Scope of Work
The Agriculture Extension Wing in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed bids through the e-Pak acquisition and disposal system for the procurement of furniture for the new Directorate of Agriculture Extension building. This project involves the supply of high-quality office furniture including Camelot executive desks, manager chairs with mesh backing, visitor chairs, and standard Omega junior desks. Additionally, the scope includes specialized items such as eight-person meeting table sets, single-seater Astor sofas in brown leatherette, and Shisham veneer laminated file cabinets. For common areas, a sixteen-person canteen set consisting of steel chairs and iron frame tables is required. Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in the field and an annual turnover of thirty million Rupees. All participating firms must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and the Sindh Board of Revenue. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 13 May 2026. A fixed bid security of 370,000 Rupees is mandatory for submission.
