The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive framework contract for the procurement of various store items spanning the 2025-2027 period. This extensive procurement is divided into ten distinct lots, including stationery items, computer stationery, printing and publication services, IT equipment such as laptops and printers, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, hardware, and transport repair components like Yokohama tyres and batteries. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and must possess at least two years of relevant business experience. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System while providing an original bid security equivalent to three percent of the estimated value for each lot. The deadline for submitting the original bid security at the Civil Secretariat in Lahore is 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same day.
