Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a formal defence IT procurement by Pakistan Navy with multi-stage evaluation and strict compliance requirements under PPRA and defence purchase rules.
Bidders must be DGDP-registered or able to obtain registration post-award. The tender requires submission of detailed technical compliance matrices, manufacturer authorizations, and registration documentation—indicating medium to large scope. Suitable for established IT vendors with defence sector experience.
Who can bid: Firms must be registered with DGDP or willing to register post-award after security clearance. Typically, bidders must hold valid NTN, GST registration and relevant tax filings. If manufacturer not in Pakistan, authorization letter from manufacturer required. DRAP registration required for medical items.
