This is a furniture installation and fixing contract for a medical university reception area.
The scope centers on supply, installation, and operationalization of furniture with staff training as needed. Apparent scale is small to medium, confined to ground floor reception at a single location. Key constraint: no advance payment is available—vendors must fund mobilization independently or provide bank guarantee if delivery is delayed. The closing date is approaching, giving bidders limited time for document preparation and submission.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered companies with tax authorities (NTN, Income Tax, PPRA, Sales Tax) and possess a Company registration certificate from SECP or relevant authority. Joint ventures require a formal JV agreement and lead member designation. Applicants with conviction for professional misconduct, tax default, or weak service history are ineligible. A valid maintained bank account is required. Typically, suppliers in this category should demonstrate prior experience in furniture supply and installation.
