The tight submission window (by 23 October 2026) and security deposit requirement indicate serious vetting; physical inspection of facilities and staff will occur.
Who can bid: Eligible applicants must hold valid NTN and STRN/GST registration. They require proven experience in vehicle repair, qualified technical staff, workshop facilities including wheel alignment capability, and verified access to genuine spare parts. Must not be blacklisted by any government department. Typically, automotive service providers in Pakistan require PEC (if classed as construction-adjacent) or Chamber membership; this tender emphasizes registration compliance.
