The Pakistan Navy in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for the supply of various IT related items for the Central Library at PNS KARSAZ. This tender is open to GST registered firms and suppliers who are also formally registered with the Pakistan Navy and are current professional tax payers. Interested parties can obtain the complete tender documents and detailed specifications from the Officer Incharge (OI/C) Central Library during working hours for a non-refundable fee of 3,000 Rupees. Submitted quotations must remain valid until 30 June 2027. All bids must be delivered to the designated office at National Stadium Road no later than 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026. The technical and financial proposals will be opened publicly on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives. Bidders are encouraged to coordinate with the Commandant PNS KARSAZ for pay order formalities and further technical clarifications regarding the IT procurement scope.
