The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the provision of professional janitorial services without material for its Regional Head Office (RHO) and multiple Data Acquisition Units (DAUs) across the region. This procurement covers a wide geographical area including Lahore, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Narowal, Zafarwal, Okara, Kasur, Wazirabad, and Sialkot. The scope of work involves providing skilled janitorial personnel and supervisors along with specialized cleaning equipment such as polish machines, heavy-duty vacuum cleaners, and scrubbing machines. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS system. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 25,000 Rupees per site.
