The Communication & Works Building Division-II Peshawar invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the Construction of Wards, OPD, Gyms, Private Rooms and Offices for the Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation of People with Stroke and Closed Head Injuries at Paraplegia Centre in Hayatabad, Peshawar, KPK, under ADP NO. 666/210478. This procurement follows KPPRA Rules 2014 Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as amended by Notification No. SOR (14) Vol: 1.24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022, and will be conducted through EPADS. All bidders must submit a Bid Security Deposit (CDR) from a scheduled bank at 0.03 percent of the estimated cost as a non-refundable bidding entry fee, along with a Tender Fee of Rs. 156,360. Bidders must also provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the authenticity of the CDR in the sealed financial bid. Additional eligibility requirements include updated CVs and qualifications of technical staff, evidence of machinery ownership, work orders and completion certificates from executed works in the last five years, annual audit reports demonstrating financial soundness, valid FBR tax returned certificates, KPPRA active status, PEC licence, and C&W enlistment copies for the current financial year.
Bidding documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS before the closing date and time of 29-10-2026 at 12:00 hours. Electronic bids will be displayed online through EPADS after 30 minutes of closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Financial Bid will be opened only after approval of Technical Bids by the Competent Authority. Bids remain valid for 90 days from submission. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Building Division-II, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar.
