Import of Laboratory Equipment on C&F basis for Chemistry Laboratory for Department of Chemistry

The NED University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System for the import of sophisticated laboratory equipment for its Chemistry Department. This procurement project focuses on items delivered on a Cost and Freight basis to enhance the analytical capabilities of the university laboratory. The scope of supply includes twenty distinct items ranging from electrochemical cell kits with built-in EIS capability and LCMS detectors for HPLC to high-speed refrigerated centrifuges, ultrasonic homogenizers, and UV-VIS spectrophotometers. Bidders must demonstrate an average annual financial turnover of at least 50 million Rupees over the last three years and possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field. All proposals must include a 2 percent bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft. Interested international and local suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and maintain an active tax filer status. Technical and financial bids must be submitted exclusively via the EPADS portal by the deadline of 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026.
