The District Health Authority Muzaffargarh in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for the procurement of various equipment and supplies as part of the upgradation project for RHC KD Qureshi to THQ Level Hospital. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of biomedical equipment, non-biomedical equipment, hospital furniture, surgical instruments, and bedding and clothing items. This procurement falls under ADP Scheme No 557/2025-2026. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN and GST, and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Interested firms are required to demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of twenty million Rupees over the last three fiscal years and provide a manufacturer authorization or sole distributor certificate. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026. Bidders must also provide a two percent bid security of the estimated cost for their quoted items in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee submitted physically to the CEO office before the deadline
