Description / Scope of Work
The Armed Forces Institute of Urology in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed quotations for the bulk purchase of medical store items for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure and is open to licensed suppliers, distributors, and companies registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan. The procurement scope includes a wide range of medicines, surgical disposable items, urology disposable items, and OT disposable items. All participating firms must be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue and the Ministry of Health. Bidding documents, which contain detailed terms and conditions along with the specific list of items, can be obtained from the AFIU Medical Store office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. Technical proposals must be submitted to the in-charge of the Medical Store no later than 11:30 AM on May 14, 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
