THQ Hospital Pir Mahal, located in District Toba Tek Singh, Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract covering the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-27. This Package 1 tender has an estimated cost of PKR 4.5 million and is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). The bid security requirement is two percent of the estimated cost, payable in the form of a bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque. Original bid security documentation must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office concurrently with the online submission on e-PADS.
Bidding documents are available immediately from the date of publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-PADS portal until the bid closing date of 18 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted online before the closing time, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders are instructed to submit their best and final prices, as no post-submission negotiations are anticipated. Taxes will be levied according to applicable government regulations.
