For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a large-scale residential construction project for Multan High Court valued at Rs 1.75 billion with completion by June 2028.

It requires PEC Category CE10/CE11 registration renewed for 2026-27 and compulsory registration on the eGP portal with 2% bid security. Bidders should note that tender opening is 26 October 2026, technical evaluation precedes financial bid opening, and item rate quotations must be arithmetically precise. This appears to be a one-off institutional construction project rather than a recurring contract.

Who can bid: Bidders must be PEC-registered engineering companies/firms/joint ventures holding specialized code CE10 or CE11 for 2026-27. All must register electronically on EPADS and deposit 2% bid security through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance guarantee at 10% of approved DNIT cost is mandatory within 15 days of notice receipt.
