Two separate residential flat renovation projects (Flats 85 and 150) in Lahore totaling ~Rs.45 lakh combined.
Small-scale works with aggressive one-month completion deadline suggests straightforward finishes/upgrades rather than structural work. Item-rate bidding indicates detailed BoQ; tight timeline and modest values suit experienced SME contractors familiar with rapid residential turnarounds. Dual-project format allows bidding on one or both lots.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory (current financial year, relevant category). Earnest money 2% of estimated cost via bank transfer through Punjab E-Procurement System. No other registration (SECP/NTN/authority-specific) stated; typically required for formal contractors but verify with PEC enrollment confirmation.
