Punjab Highway Patrol Rawalpindi Region invites electronic bids for the provision of miscellaneous repair and maintenance services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses six categories: repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture and fixtures, repair of hardware and equipment, repair of transport including purchase of tyres, batteries, spare parts and filters, installation of computer software, and repair of building work and renovation. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments and engaged in trading, supply or maintenance services. Bid security of 1 percent of the estimated cost for each item must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank in favour of the SP PHP Rawalpindi Region before the bid submission deadline. On acceptance of tender, successful bidders shall deposit a performance guarantee of 2 percent of the total contract value as a deposit at call. Technical samples and brochures for each item are mandatory and will be evaluated as part of the two-envelope single-stage bidding process.
