For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ARF PAC Kamra is tendering approximately sixteen discrete maintenance and infrastructure contracts spanning street lighting, furnishings, electrical works, and building repairs across domestic and technical zones.
Scope ranges from small recurring maintenance contracts (up to Rs. 3 lakh per item for TC B&R and E&M) to larger facility works. Bidders must hold active PEC registration and either MES category-E listing or demonstrable two-year execution track record. The staggered work packages suggest this is primarily aimed at established firms already engaged with military installations; smaller specialists may qualify under specific work categories.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors on the approved MES list in category E or above may apply directly. Those not MES-listed must provide earnest money deposit at 2% of estimated cost, detailed work history for the previous two years with certificates from supervising engineers, and a statutory declaration of no outstanding government litigation or adverse E-in-C reports. Typically, military engineering contracts also require security clearance and experience with defence facilities.
