The Export Processing Zones Authority Karachi invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms for the supply of photostat paper. The procurement is issued under reference Admin-296/2023 (Vol-III) dated 7 October 2026 and covers supply of photostat paper to EPZA's head office in Karachi, Sindh Province. Eligible bidders must hold valid Income Tax Number (ITN), General Sales Tax (GST) Number, Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), and a Vendor number linked with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Firms must submit a certificate of registration with the Sales Tax Department and must demonstrate a minimum of five years' documented experience in supplying relevant items, verified from the date of issue of NTN or GST certificate. A bid security deposit of Rs 100,000 (Rupees one hundred thousand) in the form of a demand draft issued by an authorized bank must be submitted in favour of EPZA and must reach the office of the Secretary, EPZA by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid security of successful bidders will be retained until completion of work and returned to unsuccessful bidders after tender finalisation.
Bid documents should be submitted through ePADS by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and remain valid until December 2026. Delivery must be completed at EPZA head office Karachi within seven days of issuance of the purchase order. Successful bidders must present product samples after tender opening for quality verification. EPZA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PP Rules 2004.
