NHA Balochistan-North seeks stationery suppliers for FY 2026-27 under recurring framework contracting.
This is operational consumables procurement—moderate volume, predictable demand, rates locked until June 2027. Advantage for established suppliers with existing NHA relationships; competitive intensity likely moderate given GST/NTN registration barrier. Single-stage bidding reduces transaction cost versus multi-stage. Note: EPADS registration now mandatory; manual bids will be rejected going forward—digital infrastructure investment needed.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active NTN and GST registration; PEC category not applicable (stationery, not construction). Firms must be well-reputed and experienced in supply of office items. EPADS registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk is mandatory for current and future tenders. Typically, recent tax clearance, bank solvency, and 2–3 years documented experience in similar supply required.
