Three parallel term contracts for maintenance services at Defence Complex Islamabad: B&R works (two packages, Rs 3M each) covering repairs, renovation, painting; E&M package (Rs 3M) for electrical, water, gas systems.
Twelve-month contract structure suggests sustained revenue opportunity rather than project-based work. MES-approved firms hold advantage; non-listed bidders face 2% earnest money and two-year track record burden. Tight closure timeline (Oct 2026) and government client imply stringent compliance expectations.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory. Contractors in MES Categories A–E preferred but not exclusive; non-listed bidders may apply with 2% earnest money deposit, two-year work certificates, and divisional performance reports. No litigation/outstanding inspection reports required. Typically, NTN and active SECP registration also expected for financial credibility.
