ETPB is seeking a comprehensive event management contractor to deliver services for multiple shrine festival celebrations, with the prominent 557th Guru Nanak Birthday event in November 2026 anchoring the requirement.
The scope spans marquees, lighting, sound, generators, stage setup, and allied services across multiple locations during FY 2026–27, suggesting a substantial, recurring engagement requiring fleet management, logistics coordination, and experience with large religious gatherings. Single-stage bidding indicates ETPB expects qualified, established vendors; financial capacity and prior shrine/festival experience will likely be decisive.
