For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

PECTAA seeks printing, binding and supply of 12.4 million textbook jackets and books (Grades VI–X) for 2027–28 academic session across multiple Punjab education bodies.

Contract value ~Rs. 1.47 billion indicates large-scale, recurring educational procurement. Physical paper samples must be submitted before e-bid deadline; non-Muslim bidders explicitly excluded from Quranic translation content. Tight timeline (bid closes 29 Oct 2026) with 90-day bid validity suggests phased production and delivery across multiple godowns.

Who can bid: Bidders must register with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments; PEC registration not explicitly mandated but printing/publishing experience required. Only Muslim-owned entities eligible for Quranic translation portions. Sole proprietors, firms, companies, JVs and consortiums permitted. Typically, SECP registration may also be required for corporate structures.
