Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Bahawalpur in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of an 18 inch diameter sewer line and soling work in the street of Jamia Mohammadia Taleem ul Quran, Adda 13, located within Tehsil Bahawalpur Sadar. This essential infrastructure project has a total estimated cost of 4.693 million Rupees and aims to improve the local drainage and road conditions. The scope of work includes earthwork excavation for the sewer line and manholes, the provision and laying of RCC sewer pipes, construction of standard manholes with RCC covers, and a 125 foot long sullage carrier. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active status with the FBR and PRA for income and sales tax. A bid security of 234,650 Rupees, representing five percent of the estimated cost, must be submitted. All technical and financial proposals must be filed through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026, with the original security instrument provided to the procurement office prior to the deadline.
