The property comprises approximately 9,855 square feet (1,095 square yards or 1.81 kanal) and is intended for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of a modern Marquee, Marriage Hall and Event Complex with approved ancillary facilities. The lease tenure is 20 years subject to competent authority approval and execution of a final lease agreement. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a 20-year ground lease for a 1.81-kanal commercial plot in Karachi's Federal Capital Area, reserved for development of an event venue complex.

The base rent of Rs. 200,000 monthly escalates 10% annually; total revenue commitment will exceed Rs. 2.4 crore over the lease term. Technical evaluation (80% weighting) heavily favours experience in event space design and operations. The November 2026 closing date provides 12+ months for due diligence and proposal preparation. This is a single recurring long-term opportunity rather than project-based work, requiring operational capability post-construction.

Who can bid: Open to Pakistani individuals, firms, companies, joint ventures and consortiums. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity to pay bid security (Rs. 48,000), sustain monthly rent payments with 10% annual escalation, and finance development and operations. No specific professional registration (PEC/SECP) is stated; typically, consortiums require lead-member identification and joint liability documentation.
