Description / Scope of Work
The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract spanning the 2025 to 2027 financial years. This significant procurement initiative covers ten distinct lots, including stationery items, computer stationery, printing and publications, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, hardware, and transport repairs. The estimated cost for the 2025 to 2026 period is substantial, with individual lots such as stationery and IT equipment valued at approximately 4.5 million and 4.6 million Rupees respectively. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including GST, NTN, and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and possess at least two years of relevant business experience. All procurement will be managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System known as EPADS. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically, while the original bid security instrument, set at three percent of the estimated value, must be delivered to the Section Officer General at the Civil Secretariat in Lahore. The deadline for all submissions and the physical delivery of bid security is 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
