A framework contract for sports event management services across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's merged areas.
This is a recurring multi-year engagement rather than a single event, likely representing significant annual volume for experienced event management firms. Bidders need KPPRA registration, valid tax credentials, and Rs. 200,000 bid security. The tight 11-day submission window and requirement for hard copies alongside e-submission may create logistical pressure for remote bidders.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with KPPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. FBR, KPPRA, and SECP registration required where applicable. Form-H and SECP registration certificates must be provided if applicable. Typically, event management service providers must demonstrate prior relevant experience and financial stability.
