Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply of Huawei MA5600T OLT boards to be deployed at various NTC sites across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The scope of work includes providing essential hardware components such as Super Control Units (SCUN), 8-port and 16-port GPON interface boards, 10G Uplink boards with SFPs, and 256 PON SFPs. This tender follows a single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments in Pakistan, possess a backup support office in Islamabad, and have a proven supply record in the telecom sector exceeding two million Rupees. A mandatory bid security of 140,000 Rupees is required for participation. The selected contractor will be responsible for the supply, installation, testing, and configuration of the equipment within an eight-week completion period. Technical and commercial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026.
