For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

NUST is acquiring GPU servers for its ICT department datacenter—a specialized, likely high-performance procurement for academic research/computing infrastructure.

Scale appears medium to large given institutional scope and FY2026-27 budget allocation. Single-stage QCBS evaluation suggests technical capability and cost efficiency matter equally. No recurring language present; appears to be a one-off capital investment. Tight 12-month lead time from notice to close implies specifications are finalized; bidders should verify exact quantities and GPU specifications (models, memory, interconnect requirements) on EPADS before committing resources to proposal development.

Who can bid: Must register on EPADS v2.0 platform prior to bid submission (mandatory). Typically, Pakistani suppliers/integrators require NTN, active SECP registration, and relevant business license. No PEC requirement stated (not construction). No explicit restrictions on foreign vs. local bidders mentioned; review SBD for detail. Bid security via Pay Order or declaration required per bidding document format.
