For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Two separate renovation contracts in Lahore: residential flat refurbishment (~Rs 25L) and mosque residence improvement (~Rs 10L), both 1-month delivery.
Combined portfolio value ~Rs 35L suggests government maintenance work rather than new construction. Tight 1-month completion on both implies either minor interventions or pre-mobilized teams. Item-rate tendering typical for minor works; no mention of design approval delays or site constraints. These appear one-off maintenance jobs rather than recurring framework contracts.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current-year PEC enrollment in the relevant construction category. SECP registration and NTN typically required for firms submitting tax-compliant bids to government. Physical bid security submission at Lahore office required alongside e-submission. Solo practitioners may face restrictions under PEC category thresholds depending on project value classification.
