The Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification of bidders for the supply of base vehicles, customization and branding of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs) for the financial year 2026-27 under the development scheme CM Punjab Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs). The procurement involves 60 Hiace commuter high roof dual A/C long wheel base vehicles (2.5 L Diesel) valued at Rs. 870.00 million and customization and branding services estimated at Rs. 240.00 million, for a total project cost of Rs. 1,110.00 million. The complete ready-to-deploy MVDs will be procured as whole units. The prequalification process is open to manufacturers, fabricators, vehicle customization and body-building firms, authorized vehicle dealers, distributors and their authorized sole distributors operating in Pakistan.
Eligible applicants must be well-reputed and financially sound firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with experience in vehicle supply, vehicle customization, body fabrication, auto-electrical works and vehicle branding. All participating firms must be registered with PPRA on the e-Procurement system (ep.punjab.gov.pk) for submission of applications. No hard copies or physically submitted documents will be accepted; all submissions must be made exclusively through the e-Procurement platform. Firms facing technical or managerial issues during the upload process may seek guidance from PPRA videos and must submit complete documentation strictly before the submission deadline.

The last date for submission of complete prequalification documents is 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM on the e-Procurement system. Opening of bids will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Livestock, Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Lahore, located at Livestock Complex, 16-Cooper Road, Lahore. Bidders are strongly advised to upload documents well in advance to avoid technical or capacity issues. Late submissions through any means other than e-Procurement will not be accepted.
