Description / Scope of Work
The Agriculture Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, KPK invites applications for the pre-qualification of companies and firms for the procurement and installation of solar pumping systems on agriculture tube wells. This project is part of the Culturable Wasteland Management Through Integrated Agriculture Interventions initiative, funded by public allocations to enhance regional agricultural infrastructure. Interested bidders must provide a technical proposal in duplicate, including one original and one copy, along with a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 Rupees. Eligibility and evaluation will be strictly based on the criteria outlined in the official Pre-qualification Document. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5 May 2026 at 2:00 PM to address queries. Please note that joint ventures are explicitly not entertained for this contract. All technical proposals must be physically submitted by hand, courier, or registered post to the Project Director's office at the Civil Secretariat in Peshawar no later than 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026.
