Bidders must acquaint themselves with PPRA Rules 2004 (available at www.ppra.org.pk) and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024) prior to participation. The contract agreement shall be executed in accordance with the Law of Contract Act, 1872, and Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions. Eligibility requires that bidders possess requisite technical and financial capability. Firms must be registered with DGDP or willing to register with DGDP to qualify for contract award, which shall be made only after security clearance and provision of required registration documents as mentioned in paragraph 15 of DP-1. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is an open Navy procurement for unspecified stores, equipment and services under PPRA/DPP rules.

Scale cannot be determined without reviewing the attached Schedule (DP-2), which is not visible in the covering form. Firms must be DGDP-registered or able to obtain provisional registration; unregistered firms face additional procedural hurdles and higher bid security fees. The three-envelope structure with duplicate technical offers and separate commercial pricing suggests moderate complexity. Closing date is 2026-11-10.

Who can bid: Bidders must possess technical and financial capability and be registered or willing to register with DGDP. Firms must submit tax filing proof and either a DGDP Registration Letter or an Affidavit of provisional registration. Unregistered firms must pay higher earnest money (Rs. 300 vs Rs. 200) and demonstrate willingness to obtain full DGDP registration before contract award. PEC category not specified in this form.
