Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the comprehensive improvement and renovation of electrical and mechanical installations across various federal government facilities. The scope of work is divided into two primary schedules, covering the replacement of essential electrical components and the installation of advanced security systems. Technical requirements include the provision of LED panel lights, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and various fan units for lodges, hostels, and family suites. Additionally, the project involves a robust security upgrade featuring 8MP long-range outdoor bullet cameras, IP mini-dome cameras, network video recorders, and biometric attendance machines. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 or above with specialized codes EE02, EE04, EE11, and ME07. Bidders are also required to possess a valid electrical license for the region and demonstrate successful completion of similar projects worth at least 3.5 million Rupees.
