Description / Scope of Work
The Quetta Cantonment Board in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed tenders from approved contractors for original construction works during the 2025-26 financial year. The scope of the project includes two distinct lots: the construction of multiple shops with a staircase and the provision of parking facilities in front of newly constructed shops located on Maj Muhammad Ali Shaheed Road, near the NAB Office. Total estimated costs for these works are approximately 13.000 million and 3.750 million Rupees respectively. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Quetta Cantonment Board for the current year and possess a valid, up-to-date registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Following a single-stage one-envelope procedure, applications for tender forms will be received until May 18, 2026, with the forms available until May 19, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a two percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Sealed tenders must be deposited in the designated tender box by 11:30 AM on May 20, 2026, and will be formally opened at 12:00 PM on May 21, 2026, in the presence of authorized representatives.
