Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories Gadwal invites applications from experienced firms and contractors for seven separate civil repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation contracts valued at Rs. 1.00 Million each. The works include repair and maintenance of surface drains and nullahs adjacent to A-01 and A-04 shops, canteen facilities, roof treatment and rehabilitation of the main store, Building No. A-21/2, electrical and mechanical workshops, A-05 shop, and painting of the electrical and mechanical workshop at POF Gadwal, Punjab. The estimated total contract value across all seven works is Rs. 7.00 Million as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025 amended to date. Applications must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 31-10-2026.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate significant experience, financial capability, and technical resources in civil construction and maintenance works. Mandatory requirements include bank statements for the last two years, details of existing bank guarantees and credit limits, fixed and immovable assets documentation, affiliation and registration certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council, filer status with FBR with valid NTN and GST numbers, certificates of payment of income tax, sales tax and professional taxes, and evidence of any litigation history with MES or Government departments. Applicants must provide detailed experience records, current works in progress, list of qualified staff, available equipment and machinery, and details of affiliated sub-contractors for specialized work.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms by 18-11-2026. Tenders must be submitted at Bid Center C-04 building near Rabta Hall, POFs Wah Cantt, by 10:00 Hrs on 23-11-2026, and will be opened at 10:30 Hrs on the same date and venue. All tenders must include earnest money; those received without it shall be rejected. Applicants failing to provide the required documents will be disqualified. Separate applications with supporting documents must be submitted for each contract.
