DGMP seeks suppliers for a one-year running contract (to June 2027) covering three separate categories of office supplies: stationery, computer stationery, and general store items.
The tender is structured to encourage specialization through separate submissions per category. Bidders must hold Defence Organization or tax registration and commit Rs 50,000 earnest money per bid. Deadline is tight (12 November 2026) with tender opening same day. This is a recurring annual procurement typical of government establishment operations, offering potential for contract renewal if performance satisfies the authority.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with a Defence Organization or hold Sales Tax Department and NTN (National Tax Number) registration with their own registered office. Typically, Pakistani vendors bidding on defence tenders require clearance and registration with relevant Defence procurement authorities. Submission of Rs 50,000 earnest money in approved form (Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft) is mandatory.
